This creative out of the box approach is to encourage us to engage in open, honest nonbias discussions on a life-changing event. The stimulus for discourse will be visuals created by artists inspired by the facts, challenges, and realities of this moment in time.

Non-negotiable is a response to what we are facing within America. We, the American people, must evaluate Who We Are and the position we play in the world, take responsibility and lead the way. Let us embrace the challenge and refused to be victims.

This initiative focuses on the Practical steps needed to transform oneself into becoming the change that they want to see in the world, and examines the unconscious programming and the difficulties of deprogramming one's mind of behaviors that do not serve mankind.
